Overview
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 (reviewed after 6 months)
Hours: 37.5 per week, flexible between 9:00am – 5:30pm
Location: Office-based with flexibility when required

This is an excellent opportunity to join their close-knit team as a Customer Service Executive, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to their valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer enquiries via telephone, email, and WhatsApp
- Managing requests including processing orders, providing product advice, and tracking parcels
- Ensuring customer service standards are consistently high and in line with company policies
- General administrative support and participation in project work
Skills & Attributes
- Proficiency in IT systems, particularly Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Patience and empathy when dealing with customer enquiries
- Strong listening skills and the ability to provide clear, helpful responses
