By demand the product range quickly developed to include a vast range of industrial engineering and High-performance materials in a variety of forms, such as semi-finished stock shapes, machine components, tapes & rubbers, mouldings and many other similar products.

Summary of the role for the CNC Programmer

To undertake any production of finished parts, i.e. turn, mill, routers, assembly etc.

What the job involves:

  • Program, Set and Run.
  • CNC turning, CNC milling, manual drilling, milling, turning.
  • Use of EdgeCAM CAM package
  • Programming of Fanuc Lathes
  • Programming of WinMAX Hurco Mills
  • Set and Run Machines

Requirements for this role:

  • Experienced in Cad/Cam using the latest Delcam Power mill and Power shape software creating CNC programs to produce the finished product.
  • Good experience as a miller/ turner able to working from job cards, CAD data and drawings. You will be using Fanuc controlled machines, however, good programming experience will be considered.
  • Able to programme offline, understanding of both Fanuc and Heidenheimer controls is preferable.
