Join our client’s friendly team in Stevenage as a Office Support Person. This 100% office-based role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a specialist industry, providing support to customers and contractors. The position involves handling quotes for print/design jobs, managing customer orders, packing orders, processes, and performing general administration tasks.
Responsibilities include:
- Communicate effectively with customers and contractors
- Obtain and supply quotes for new print/design jobs
- Prepare orders to send to customer
- Handle general administration tasks
- Deal with potential and existing customers as the first point of contact
- Provide first-class customer service
- Take on new tasks as they arise to ensure smooth workflow
Qualifications:
- Customer-focused administrative background
- Strong MS Office skills
- Understanding/ able to learn print terminology (artwork, pdf, jpeg, eps, crop marks, bleed, resolution)
- Positive attitude and ability to manage your own workload
- Driving license
Day-to-Day:
- Communicating with customers
- Handling quotes and purchase orders
- Providing first-class customer service
- Managing general administration tasks
- Taking on new tasks as they arise
