Join our client’s friendly team in Stevenage as a Office Support Person. This 100% office-based role offers the opportunity to learn and grow within a specialist industry, providing support to customers and contractors. The position involves handling quotes for print/design jobs, managing customer orders, packing orders, processes, and performing general administration tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicate effectively with customers and contractors
  • Obtain and supply quotes for new print/design jobs
  • Prepare orders to send to customer
  • Handle general administration tasks
  • Deal with potential and existing customers as the first point of contact
  • Provide first-class customer service
  • Take on new tasks as they arise to ensure smooth workflow

Qualifications:

  • Customer-focused administrative background
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Understanding/ able to learn print terminology (artwork, pdf, jpeg, eps, crop marks, bleed, resolution)
  • Positive attitude and ability to manage your own workload
  • Driving license

Day-to-Day:

  • Communicating with customers
  • Handling quotes and purchase orders
  • Providing first-class customer service
  • Managing general administration tasks
  • Taking on new tasks as they arise
