Recruitment Recap – the Essential Review of 2015

One thing is certain in the world of recruitment… change. 2015 was no exception.

At Essential Results, we love matching people with opportunities. Whether it’s apprenticeships, temporary or permanent jobs involved, there’s nothing like the satisfaction of knowing that our clients and candidates are happy.

2015 was another eventful and successful year.

Winter

The year got off to a flying start with 246 people placed in new vacancies in January alone! Our team was working too hard to feel the cold. The start of 2016 looks like following the same trend… January 2016 was our busiest month ever!

Spring

Another record breaking Easter Bunny Run from the Essential results team! This is our ‘thank you’ to our clients. We visit clients at Easter time to give a chocolate bunny or an Easter egg to say ‘Happy Easter’ and to thank them for their business. In spring 2015, new homes were found for 143 bunnies.

Summer

The Aviva women’s bike race came to the Old Town, Stevenage – Essential Results territory! Britain’s biggest international stage race for the world’s top women cyclists came to Stevenage on Saturday 20 June. We had an open office with the Fizz flowing and cakes galore – great day for Essential Results and for Stevenage.

Autumn

Time to celebrate! We celebrated our 10th anniversary in November 2015. The years have flown by and we are thrilled to have gone from strength to strength whilst maintaining our key value: placing people first.

To mark our impressive milestone, we raised over £140.00 for the Herts Air Ambulance and Home Start. This was achieved with the help of our generous clients… thank you.

Moving on…

2016 has started brilliantly – we’re helping more people than ever before to find the opportunity they’re looking for. Whether it’s candidates’ lifestyle or their dreams that their new job can support, Essential Results is pleased to be able to help. For our clients, we continue to take pride in the number of suitable, successful candidates that we source.

This year looks set to be even busier and more exciting than 2015. Bring it on!
