Last week at a networking event, I had the pleasure of meeting Ernest, and WOW, what a passionate man, he is the Mentor Recruitment Manager at MCR Pathways, they are a charity which believes that young people’s backgrounds or circumstances should not determine their future. Instead, they seek to address the inequality in education outcomes. Running a relationship-based mentoring programme that matches young people with volunteer mentors from all walks of life who help our young people find, grow and use their talent.
