We are currently looking for reliable candidates to join our Client’s outdoor work teams.

Key Duties

• Deliver materials to site and clear sites, void properties and garages
• Assist trades staff with tasks such as ladder work, guttering, roofing and fencing repairs
• Dispose of waste safely and keep work areas clean and tidy
• Hand deliver urgent letters and housing information
• Identify and report tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour or safety concerns
• Accurately record work using mobile IT or manual systems
• Work as part of a rota, including covering absences and occasional weekend work

What We’re Looking For

• A hardworking, flexible and team-focused approach
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to follow procedures and health & safety requirements
• Physically fit
• Clean driving license

This is a temp to perm role. 37 hour week at £ 13.90
