This new role provides opportunity to influence and advise on resourcing and training matters and in particular to lead on re-shaping processes and to contribute to talent management and development activities within this company.
The job purpose is to manage the operation of the Recruitment and Training services in accordance with the company policy and relevant legislation.
Essential requirements for CIPD fully qualified and have experience of resourcing, learning and development and working with related employment legislation.
To be successful in this role the following is experience / skills are required • Experience of managing a team • Strong IT skills • Extensive knowledge of recruitment legislation and practice • Knowledge of training methods and the ability to design and deliver in-house training. • Experience of writing and implementing policies • Good interpersonal skills • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of equality and diversity legislation and issues. This is a 3 month assignment, which could continue for right candidate.
