Face-to-face Interview

When you come along for your interview, we ask you to bring the following;

- Current Address and contact numbers
- Up to date CV
- Proof of identity
- Contact details for references

The Interview will normally last no longer than an hour. We can arrange this at a time to suit your current commitments.

In this time we will endeavour to find out what kind of work you are looking for, what environment you are looking to work in, what your expectations are. Your skills and experience are really important; this will help us to match you successfully to your next career move.

Telephone Interview

A telephone interview normally takes 10 minutes. This will establish your needs, and we can answer any questions. At this stage we will asses if we are able to help you in your search for work. We will not arrange an interview just to waste your time. If we are not suitable for you, we will tell you at this point.

When you come along for your interview for temporary placement, you must bring:

- Current Address and contact numbers
- National Insurance number
- P45
- Banking Details
- Full employment history
- Certificates – driving license, qualifications, and industry qualifications.
- Passport/Work Permit – please ask about other forms of ID if you don’t have the above.

The names and contact details of 2 referees (one must be a previous employer) The Interview Please allow up to 1 hour for registration and any assessments. We need you to be able to tell us what kind of work you want (and don’t want!). Areas you are happy to travel too, working hours and any other relevant information. Please note that all areas of the interview are totally confidential, we will not share your information without your prior consent.
