Liz established Essential Results in 2006. With extensive experience within recruitment, Liz has established a career within the industry and has worked for both small independent and large corporate agencies. She prides herself on giving excellent customer service and is passionate about listening to the needs of her candidates and clients.

Jackie joined Essential Results in May 2010, specialising in permanent roles, predominantly within the sales, accountancy, marketing and office support Sectors. Working previously for a National recruitment company, she has experience having recruited for a wide range of businesses from international blue chip companies to public service organisations and SME’s. She strongly believes in delivering a service based on trust and always strives to deliver a high quality recruitment solution allowing her to build long term relationships with clients and candidates.
