Essential Results was founded in 2005 by Recruitment professionals who felt that they could provide a more comprehensive service than many of the consultancies that were available at that time. This philosophy continues as Essential Results strives to provide unique recruitment solutions, forming partnerships with our clients and candidates and ensuring that we have a complete understanding of the variety of disciplines in which we work.

Essential Results adopts a responsive and professional approach to both permanent and temporary roles. Nothing is too much of a challenge! All consultants have a full understanding of the recruitment process and manpower planning for both long and short-term solutions.
